The name “The Biliton” was chosen because we are located at Jalan Biliton 75 – 79. The creators of The Biliton love to travel so much and before opening this, they have gathered ideas from all over the world including ones from Indonesia, which is located in Asia. This could be seen from our design at the Restaurant. The Black Area was inspired from some cafés and restaurants in western countries like in Australia, Europe and America. This Area would make you feel like you are having a picnic dinner under the stars, with a modern touch of our semi open kitchen.

The entrance, which is the Red Area, is about our culture that we are very proud of, that is the Indonesian culture. You can nicely find our traditional masks on these walls. The Grey Area, has decorations that shows the beauty of Asian countries with a touch of Dutch culture, as our building is included as a heritage building that was built during the Dutch Colonialism. With these ideas from the East and the West, we delicately crafted our menu. You could easily find Italian and French cuisine in our menu as easy as the Asian food, like the ones from Indonesia, Thailand and many more.

We always try to serve the best to our customers and we are very honored to be chosen as the first House of Penfold in Surabaya. We also have a Lounge that is located at the building next to our Restaurant. Here, you can enjoy the performance of our live band and Dj everyday. You can request songs while singing together with us!
